Delivery and returns

Delivery

Your order is packed and shipped by our logistics partner. The delivery options, their prices and delivery times for your country are shown on every product page and at checkout. From the order value stated there, standard delivery is free of charge.

We only sell items that are in stock in our warehouse, so your order is prepared right after payment. As soon as it has left the warehouse, you receive an email with the tracking link.

Gift wrapping

At checkout you can add gift wrapping and a personal message, which we include on a card. The delivery note does not show prices.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. You find all details, our online withdrawal function and the model form on the page "Right of withdrawal". Please return items unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Damaged parcel?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and write to us at noyanltd@altuon.com. We will take care of it.
