Voluntary right of return

Swiss law does not grant a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We nevertheless give you a voluntary right of return: you can return items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Tell us by email to noyanltd@altuon.com or use the online return form ("Withdraw from contract here", linked at the bottom of every page), and send the items, unused and where possible in their original packaging, to: [return address of our Swiss warehouse — to be completed].

We refund the purchase price including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods, using your original payment method. [Decision to confirm: who bears the return shipping costs.]
