Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers in the online shop www.ziryab.ch. Your contract partner is NOYAN LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales under company number 17527407.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the payment button at the end of checkout you place a binding order. We confirm receipt by email immediately afterwards; the contract is concluded with this confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss value added tax. Delivery costs and any gift wrapping are shown before you complete your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; the methods available in Switzerland (for example card, TWINT, Apple Pay) are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein from our warehouse in Switzerland, so no customs duties or import charges arise for you. Delivery times are stated on the product pages and at checkout.

5. Returns

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We nevertheless offer you a voluntary right of return of 14 days from delivery under the conditions set out on the page "Returns".

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies (Art. 197 et seq. Swiss Code of Obligations); the warranty period is two years from delivery. Small irregularities typical of handmade objects are not defects.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer jurisdictions remain reserved.
