1. Who is responsible

Responsible for data processing on www.ziryab.ch is NOYAN LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, email: noyanltd@altuon.com. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

2. What we process and why

• Orders: name, addresses, email, optional phone, ordered items and payment status — to perform the contract and to meet statutory retention obligations.
• Customer account (optional), "notify me" requests, newsletter (double opt-in) and reviews — only with your consent or at your request.

3. Analytics without cookies

We count visits without cookies: from your IP address and browser identifier we calculate a one-way hash with a daily changing key; the IP address is not stored and you cannot be recognised across days.

4. Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies (shopping bag, language, sign-in session) and the cookies our payment provider needs for secure payment.

5. Recipients and disclosure abroad

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, Germany), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), our Swiss logistics partner [name to be completed], the carrier, and Xero (accounting). Data may be processed in the United Kingdom, the EU and the USA; disclosure abroad is based on an adequate level of protection recognised by the Federal Council or on standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Order data as long as statutory retention periods require (up to 10 years); other data until you delete your account, withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
